Mental Health Evaluation (Spanish and English)

Mental Health Evaluations are completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professionals. This evaluation involves assessing clinical symptoms, listening to client/parent reports, and making professional observations. Clinicians use the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to guide their understanding and diagnosis of mental health disorders in their clients or patients.

Psychosexual Risk Evaluation (Spanish and English)

Psychosexual Risk Evaluations are completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider. This evaluation focuses on an individual’s sexual development, sexual history, paraphilic interests, sexual adjustment, risk level, and victimology.

Youth with Sexualized Behaviors Evaluations (Spanish and English)

Youth with Sexualized Behavior Evaluations are completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider. This evaluation focuses on understanding underlying factors that contribute to possible sexually acting out behaviors.

Sexual Exploitation Evaluations (Spanish and English)

Sexual Exploitation Evaluations are completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider. This evaluation focuses on understanding whether an individual has been sexually exploited, understanding the possible victimization and makes possible recommendations. It should be noted that Deepa Patel developed the screening tool and Evaluation tool.

Anger Management Evaluation (Spanish and English)

Anger Management Evaluations are completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Anger evaluations are usually required by the legal system for a court requirement, but we also offer anger evaluations to anyone interested in self-improvement. Gang Threat Evaluations

The Gang Threat Evaluation is completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Certified Gang Specialist. This evaluation looks to address possible gang related behaviors and threats that may pose by the individual.

Substance Abuse Screening (Spanish and English)

The Substance Abuse Screening is completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional. It assesses for possible indicators of a substance abuse problem.

Trauma Focused Evaluations are completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional and a Trauma Specialist. The focus of this evaluation looks to address an individual’s trauma history and offer possible recommendations.
